Here at Ash Residential Ltd, our job is to make our landlords lives just that bit easier.
We see our landlords as friends and not just clients or another number. We are always at the other end of the phone or just a click away to give advice, answer any questions or queries you may have or even just a general chat. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always aim to provide the best service possible. Whether you are using our full management service or simply our let only service, your properties are equally as important and we will do our best in either case to ensure a quick successful letting. Our cliental range from individual properties, to blocks of flats to large portfolios, whether you have just the 1 property or 50 you are in the best hands possible.
We offer all landlords on Full Management a No-Let, No-Fee 12% + VAT (14.4% inc. VAT) contract.
Our Let Only service is equivalent to 2 weeks rent + VAT, plus a £50 + VAT (£60 inc. VAT) Marketing Fee.
