| Full Management | If you subscribe to this service we will take total charge of your property. This service includes recommended repairs and/or upgrades. HMO advice and installation based upon written quotation. Scrutiny of prospective tenants, rental contracts, collection of rents, 24-hour emergency call outs, general repairs and landlord inspections.

| Let Only | If you subscribe to this service we will want to let your property at the agreed rent and scrutinise the applications together with rental contracts.

| Rental Periods | We normally rent houses on a 12-month contract and flats on a 6-month contract.

| Regulations | We can only take on properties that conform to the standards required by MCC. We can discuss these at the initial viewing of your property.
|
| Viewing | All viewings are accompanied and if property is currently occupied we inform tenants of the visit at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

| Other Services | We can arrange for any construction work, refurbishments and upgrades to soft furnishings at competitive prices.
|
| Certificates | We can arrange for all certificates required including gas, electrical and PAT testing at competitive prices. |
