Homes To Rent - Houses
Ash Residential has a wide selection of houses spanning areas mainly in Didsbury, Fallowfield, Rusholme and Victoria Park. We deal with professional and student applications, some properties more suitable for professionals. We occasionally have some properties suitable for families.
A majority of houses and flats have gas central heating, double-glazing and are alarmed.
All our houses are fully furnished. This means the landlord supplies cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and vacuum cleaner in the kitchen. Suitable seating and/or dining facilities, depending on the size of the lounge. The bedrooms, unless specified, have double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Some houses also have a study desk and chair in each bedroom. Many properties have a rear yard.
All our rents quoted are exclusive of any utility bills (this includes gas, electricity and water supplies as well as Council Tax if applicable). We can assist you in registering with a utility company and do inform the Council Tax department. It is your responsibility to pay all these bills.
| Professionals | When you apply for a house to rent you will need to supply your work references and previous landlord details. You will also need to supply original photo I.D. (passport and driving licence is acceptable). Houses are let on a 12-month minimum period. When you have viewed a property and would like to rent it, a holding fee of £100 per person per room (i.e. a 3 bed house needs £300 cash). This fee, which is refundable, means it is taken off the viewing list while the application procedure is completed. When successful and a moving in date is agreed to pick up the keys, you must bring in cleared funds, the first and last months rent of a 12 month contract plus one weeks rent as agency administration fee. The amount is reduced by the amount taken as a holding fee. This is all explained at application stage and is clearly shown on your application.
